I ordered a title - why haven't I received it yet?
We ship titles via first class mail from Vermont - delivery is anywhere from 1-5 business days across the US. Users are (generally) allowed to have one title out of the library at a time. If you have another title out, then your 'missing' order just hasn't shipped yet - we'll send it out as soon as we get your other title back.
I've lost my return envelope. Where can I send the title to return it?
Before you send it to us, please check the inside front flap of the audiobook. The return envelope is white, and it's folded up and tucked inside the front flap. We get many returned titles that still have the return envelope in the front flap! So check before you mail it yourself.
No seriously, I checked and I really did lose the return envelope. What's your address?
