A Tour - How Client Employees Use The Program
Cultivate is available from any computer with Internet access.
After logging in, you're taken to Cultivate's main page. This page is client branded, and customized to highlight specific themes - for example if you're launching a wellness program we'll highlight fitness titles.
Main screen highlights:
- Categories allow you to quickly browse the library
- The main screen can be customized to highlight your company specific focus (wellness, execution. etc.)
- New titles added to the library are highlighted
- You can manage your account, get help, or contact us
- We brand the library with your logo, website colors, etc.

Drill down through the categories to see the different titles.
Titles are grouped by category and sub-category to make browsing the library easy. Here we see a small sample of the 'Health & Fitness' category.
Each title has summary information to help you find what you are looking for. There is a 'New Titles Added' category for people who would like to quickly see what's new.
Of course you can always search the catalog for title or author name, or keywords.

Check Out A Title
Clicking on an individual title gives more detail - the number of CD's, a description, and an audio clip if available. Once an employee finds something they'd like to listen to they just click 'Check Out'. It's that simple - employees love how fast it is to request something and get on with their day.
The title will be mailed to their work or home address (they can choose which) with a pre-paid return mailer. They keep it for as long as they need - no late fees or due dates.

Questions About Cultivate
Does it take a long time to check out a title?
Not at all - if you know what title you're looking for it can take 30 seconds. We get feedback all the time saying employees love how quick it is.
Can we suggest titles?
Absolutely - a number of our new titles are suggestions from clients.
What about MP3's and downloads?
Right now our program is just the physical CD. CD's allow you to reach everyone in a company, instead of just the 15-25% who have MP3 players.
What about podcasts and online video?
The next version of our product is going to include a directory of podcasts and online video - all in the same 'personal & professional development' genres.
What about publicizing the program to my employees?
We give you two tools. First, a flyer you can hand out at benefits fairs and include in new employee orientation packages. Second, we produce an email newsletter every 2 months that we brand with our client's logo and forward on to our client contact (or directly to the employees.)
How do I know who uses the program?
We provide you utilization reports that show who is using the program, and what they are renting. It's a great snapshot of what your employee population is interested in learning more about. Many of our clients use this data to plan lunch-n-learns and extra training sessions.
