Our privacy policy is simple - we do not sell or distribute ANY information whatsoever about our users and work to keep your personal information safe and secure. Our servers are hosted by Rackspace.com, one of the leading hosting providers in the world.
Your email address will never be sold or distributed and will only be used to contact you regarding orders placed with Cultivate, billing, customer support issues, and our newsletter. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. For corporate clients we receive permission from either your HR or training department before sending any newsletters.
Shipping Address
We only use your shipping address to service your account – we do not sell or distribute your shipping address under any circumstances. OK – we do give it to the Post office so they can deliver your audio books.

Our Refund Policy
This policy applies to individual Cultivate subscribers. Corporate subscribers should reference their Culivate Service Agreement for refund policies.
You may cancel your Cultivate service at any time.
If you are a monthly billing customer: You will not be charged again at the start of your next billing cycle. However we do not offer partial month refunds.
If you are an annual plan customer: We offer a pro-rated refund based on the number of months left on your contract.
